Mr. Jaldeep Virani, an illustrious alumnus of IMNU 2002-04 batch, currently working as the Strategic Consultant for TATA Administrative Services, visited the campus on 24th August, 2012 to speak on the topic ‘Airing My Dirty Laundry’, a talk which focused on leadership and related aspects.
He started off by sharing some of the valuable lessons that he had learnt during his career. Thanking his mentors for their invaluable guidance, he stated the seven traits that a respected leader portrayed. He emphasized that true leaders should encourage change, look for a better future and lead from the front. He also mentioned that leaders should be role models and make the job interesting. They should be able to balance their professional and personal lives.
Mr Virani’s invaluable tips helped broaden the students outlook regarding leadership and professionalism in the corporate world.
